Our experienced team of Disability Strategies Managers is committed to delivering professional, person-centred case management that empowers our clients to achieve greater independence and quality of life. We provide a range of services including individualised support planning, coordination of care, advocacy, and ongoing case management.

We, within the NDIS are paid as Support Coordinators. The NDIS Rate is $100.14 per hour; however, we charge in bl;ocks, the initial block is nine (09) minutes, and then each block thereafter is six (06) minutes. See the payment section for more information.
Yes, we are happy for you to choose your DSM. However, please note, hat all DSM's are under the direct guideance of Mr Lee Akerman, our Prinicple DSM.
Paragon DSM offers our services outside of the NDIS; however, the client is required to purchase the time in advance, and then the time will be used up through our services until the minutes are exhasusted.
